Privacy Policy

Information you give us

• Email sign-ups. Your email address when you join our newsletter or ask for tournament alerts.
• Listings and claims. When you add, claim or update a listing: your name, email, phone number, role and organization, plus the event or business details you submit. Listing details you submit, including contact details you choose to list, are published on the site.
• Inquiries. Your name, company, email and message when you contact us about advertising or anything else.
• Payments. Paid placements are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your payment and your billing contact details, but not your full card number.

Information collected automatically

• Our own page analytics. We record which pages are viewed and which outbound links (such as registration, hotel and partner links) are clicked, along with any campaign tags in the link. We use this to report results to tournament organizers and partners in aggregate. We do not store your IP address in these records.
• Google Analytics. See below.
• Vercel Web Analytics. Our hosting provider measures page views in aggregate to help us keep the site fast and working.
• Advertising and affiliate partners. Partners described below may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to show ads, measure them and credit referrals.
• Location, only if you allow it. On some pages your browser may ask to share your location so we can suggest flights from your nearest city. If you allow it, your coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to look up the city name. We do not store your location.

How we use information

• To send the emails you asked for, such as tournament alerts and our newsletter.
• To publish and manage listings, and to verify that people claiming a listing are connected to it.
• To respond to you and provide paid placements you buy.
• To understand how the site is used, fix problems and improve it.
• To show you whether listings and partners are performing, for example how many visitors clicked through to register for an event.
• To show advertising that keeps the site free, as described below.

Your choices and rights
